Rcc batching plant
Rcc batching plant developed by Jinheng Machinery is an ideal equipment for producing normal concrete and roller compacted concrete. In the pre cooled forced concrete mixing plant, the production rate is 150-400 m ³/ h。 It is equipped with temperature control equipment such as aggregate bin air cooler and ice adding device to mainly serve the construction of large RCC hydraulic projects, which can meet the high strength and large capacity RCC pouring requirements of large, medium and small hydropower projects.

Structural design
Multiple access doors are set on the side, which has large internal maintenance space.
Batching system
1. The reinforced silo can bear the stacking of large silo;
2. Large angle blanking to ensure smooth blanking without arching;
3. Small square door batching and coarse and fine batching system ensure accurate metering;
4. Stone placement is designed to prevent jamming with heavy hammer, which is not easy to jam;
5. The sand bin vibration inner plate is designed with obvious vibration effect, and the bin plate is not easy to fatigue crack.
Mixing system
1. Screw belt mixer is used to save mixing time;
2. The gap between the mixer blade and the lining plate can be within 5mm, which can ensure that the aggregate will not be damaged;
Intelligent monitoring system
Various monitoring devices can be selected to ensure the quality and safety of concrete:
1. The online concrete homogenization monitoring system can display the mixing slump curve of the mixing tank in real time to prevent the slump from being out of control;
2. The water content can be adjusted or selected manually, and the water content of stone can be automatically detected and adjusted.
3. Raw material temperature detection and control system, concrete temperature detection and control system.
Intelligent control system
