Matters needing attention

1. When the concrete batching plant cement silo is working, it must be erected by the special crane, and then put on the prefabricated concrete foundation, and check the vertical degree of the cement bin (cement tank) after being erected and the horizontal plane, and then the bottom and the foundation embedded parts are welded firmly.

2. After the storage bin is fixed, the bulk cement truck will transport the cement to the construction site, and then connect the conveying pipeline of the bulk cement truck with the feed pipeline of the cement bin (cement tank), and transport the cement in the tank to the cement bin (cement tank) through the gas pressure of the bulk cement truck.

3. In the process of conveying cement to the storage bin, the operator will press the button of the vibrating motor of the dust collector without interruption to shake off the cement attached to the dust collector bag to prevent blocking the bag and explosion of the warehouse. 

4. Once the cloth bag is blocked, the pressure in the bin exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure relief valve on the top of the bin, the pressure relief valve can be opened to release the pressure in the bin and prevent the occurrence of explosion accident.
