Concrete Batching Plant with heating system
In low temperature regions, concrete faces two major challenges:
1. Reduce productivity; 2, concrete frost heave.
When the delay occurs, the concrete has not yet increased in strength and is prone to frost and expansion. So how do we prevent this from happening?
Jinheng Machinery has designed the concrete mixing station heating system in the low-temperature area, which is mainly used for aggregate heat preservation, water heating, and integrated plant heat preservation design, so as to ensure the normal and efficient production of concrete.

1. The batching machine installs a heating pipe in the aggregate storage bin, forming a loop with the boiler hot water pipe. The flow of hot water is controlled by a water valve, so that the aggregate temperature is controlled at about 70 degrees Celsius. Automatic cover plate is installed on the storage bin. It should be used for aggregate insulation, water heating, and integrated plant insulation design to ensure the normal and efficient production of concrete.
2, dry hot mixing concrete batching device can use hot water. Considering the requirements of water temperature for cement, the temperature should be controlled in 60-80 degrees Celsius.
3. Customers use early-strength cement.
