Working principle of Simmons cone crusher
During operation, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through a V-belt, a large pulley, a transmission shaft, a small bevel gear, and a large bevel gear. The axis of the crushing cone rotates under the action of an eccentric shaft sleeve, causing the surface of the crushing wall to sometimes approach or leave the surface of the rolling mortar wall, causing the material to continuously fracture due to compression, impact, and bending. Crushing occurs in a circular crushing chamber, which is composed of a moving cone. After multiple compressions, impacts, and bending, the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from below.
