Structural composition

The Fine Jaw Crusher of EBO mainly consists of a frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, elbow plate, elbow plate backseat, gap adjustment screw, reset spring, fixed jaw plate, and movable jaw plate, among which the elbow plate also plays a safety role.

 

Mechanism principle

After the raw materials are fed into the feeding port of the crusher through feeding equipment (such as belt conveyor and plate feeder), they enter the crushing chamber. The materials collide with the high-speed rotating rotor driven by the V-belt and are hit head-on by the hammer.

The large block of material is immediately crushed, and the crushed material flies towards the upper impact plate at high speed, causing a second collision and crushing. The rebound material collides with the subsequent flying material and is crushed; After the material is crushed in the first chamber, it enters the second chamber for repeated crushing. Finally, it is filtered and friction crushed through the discharge grate, and the required material is discharged from the grate gap. Coarse materials return to the first chamber for re crushing.

Due to the dense suspension of material layers in the crushing chamber, the subsequent materials entering the crusher are shot into the dense material layer like bullets hitting targets. The crushing chamber is like a "rain of bullets" and "bullets flying horizontally", and the materials collide with each other at high speed to produce efficient cleavage crushing. The small particles after crushing also undergo intense "rubbing" and "grinding", resulting in a large amount of fine powder.

 

Performance characteristics:

1. Large production capacity and fine product granularity.

2. Adopting a three chamber curved crushing chamber increases the number of material strikes, reduces hard extrusion, and friction, thereby reducing hammer head loss and prolonging the service life of wear-resistant parts;

3. The gap between the impact plate and the hammer head can be easily adjusted, effectively controlling the discharge particle size;

4. Adopting a deflectable structure, it can prevent the hammer head from breaking to a certain extent when encountering hard materials;

5. Make maintenance more convenient, the cover opening device has a hydraulic device;

6. The gap between the left lining plate, grate, and hammer head can be adjusted. When the particle size exceeds the specified value, it can be adjusted inward according to different methods;

7. The drive is directly driven by an electric motor, and the driving mechanism makes the system operate more smoothly;
