Operating principle


The working mode of this series of crushers is a curved extrusion type, and its working principle is: the electric motor drives the pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases, pushing the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, while crushing or chopping the material to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the elbow and the movable jaw decreases. Under the action of the pull rod and spring, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. As the motor continues to rotate, the mechanical jaws undergo periodic movements to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production.

Operating environment

In the process of breaking large stones into small ones, the first crusher is usually a jaw crusher. This equipment is also a relatively sturdy crusher. When feeding the jaw crusher, the material is poured into the crushing chamber containing the jaw teeth from the top inlet. The teeth in the lower jaw use tremendous force to push the material towards the chamber wall, breaking it into smaller stones. The support for the jaw movement is an eccentric shaft that passes through the fuselage frame. Eccentric motion is usually generated by a flywheel fixed at both ends of the shaft. Flywheels and eccentric support bearings often use spherical roller bearings, and the working environment of the bearings is very harsh. Bearings need to withstand significant impact loads, grinding wastewater, and high temperatures. Despite the harsh working environment, the jaw crusher still needs to work very reliably, which is a key link in achieving production efficiency.
