Asphalt Plant
The working principle of the asphalt plant is to use regeneration technology to scrape off the old asphalt mixture on the failed asphalt pavement. After screening, heating, storage, and measurement, it is added to the mixers of each asphalt mixing station in different proportions, and mixed evenly with the raw materials of the mixer to produce excellent asphalt mixture. Jinheng Machinery adopts new European technology and has carefully developed a low energy consumption and high efficiency asphalt plant.

2) Unique heating method to avoid asphalt aging during RAP heating process;
3) Conduct multi-point temperature monitoring of the flue and discharge outlet to ensure discharge temperature and production safety;
4) The combustion loss, blue smoke emissions, and additional pollution indicators of recycled materials meet and exceed national standards;
5) The proportion of hot recycled materials can reach up to 50%, reaching the international first-class level.
