After understanding the position of the outer and inner molds, use an electric wrench to tighten them; 2. Brush oil. Before assembling the mold, it is necessary to synchronize with the process of assembling the mold, which is to brush the inside of the inner and outer molds with oil. Generally, as long as it involves the production of concrete prefabricated blocks, it is necessary to brush the inside with oil. The purpose of this is to produce concrete components; 3. Vibration. After the mold is assembled, the vibration is related to the filling of concrete.
