Belt conveyor installation
Firstly, connect the head frame of the belt conveyor to both sides of the walking platform, and then connect it to the support legs with bolts to form a whole. Lift the frame and support legs as a whole, and fix the support legs in the appropriate position with anchor bolts or bolts.
Connect the middle frame to the walkway, and also connect the rear leg to the frame. Install the entire suspension in place, and then install the tailstock in place.
Install the belt and cut it according to the actual length of the belt, then glue the belt together.
Adjust the tensioning device to make the belt moderately tight.
After the operation is normal, install the guide groove and the rain cover of the belt conveyor.
