1、 How to choose a concrete batching plant

1. According to the determined agitator type and the flow state generated by the agitator during the mixing process, as well as the control requirements of the process for mixing time, settling speed, and dispersion, the motor power, mixing speed, and agitator diameter are determined through experimental means and computer simulation design.

2. According to the process conditions, mixing purpose, and requirements, the type of agitator should be selected. When selecting the agitator type, it is necessary to fully grasp the dynamic characteristics of the agitator and the causal relationship between the flow state generated by the agitator during the mixing process and various mixing purposes

3. According to the motor power, mixing speed, and process conditions, select and determine the reducer model from the reducer selection table. If the reducer is selected based on the actual working torque, the actual working torque should be less than the allowable torque of the reducer.

4. Different models are not only designed to meet the production needs of different raw materials, but also produce significant differences in finished products. As a professional investor in forced concrete mixer equipment, if we want to choose professional equipment, in addition to considering our own investment conditions, we also need to consider the actual type and demand for concrete in the local market to make corresponding choices.

2、 How to operate a concrete batching plant

1. The fixed mixer should be installed on a solid base. When fixed for a long time, the foundation bolts should be buried. When used for a short time, wooden sleepers should be laid on the base and leveled and placed stably. It is strictly prohibited to use tires as a substitute for support.

2. The control console of a fixed mixer should allow operators to see the working conditions of each part. The control console of an electric mixer should be padded with rubber boards or dry wooden boards.

3. The parking location of the mobile mixer should be a flat and solid site, with good drainage ditches around it. After being in place, the support legs should be lowered to lift the frame to a horizontal position, so that the tires are off the ground. When the use period is long, the tires should be unloaded and properly stored. The end of the wheel axle should be wrapped with oil cloth, and the frame should be supported firmly with sleepers.

4. For mixers that require a hopper pit, the surrounding area of the pit should be raised and compacted to prevent ground water from flowing into the pit. The bottom support surface of the loading track frame should be compacted or paved with bricks, and the back of the track frame should be supported with wood to prevent track deformation during operation.

5. When the hopper is placed in a low position, a layer of cushioning wood should be added between the hopper and the ground.

6. Before starting the operation, the mixer should be started to run without load and confirm that the rotation direction of the mixing drum or blades is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the cylinder. For the mixer with reverse discharge, the mixing drum should be rotated forward and backward for several minutes, and there should be no impact, shaking or abnormal noise before starting the operation.

Before operation, a hopper lifting test should be conducted to observe and confirm the flexibility and reliability of the clutch and brake.

8. The consistency between the indicated water volume of the water supply system and the actual water volume should be checked and corrected. When the error exceeds 2%, the leakage point of the pipeline should be checked or the throttle valve should be corrected.

9. The specifications of the aggregates should be checked and should match the performance of the mixer. Those exceeding the permitted range should not be used.

10. After the mixer is started, the mixing drum should be brought to normal speed before feeding, and water should be added in a timely manner during feeding. The mixture added each time should not exceed the rated capacity of the mixer and the phenomenon of material sticking to the tank should be reduced. The order of feeding should be stone cement sand or sand cement stone.

11. When feeding, it is strictly prohibited to put your head or hands between the hopper and the frame. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to use your hands or tools to reach into the mixing drum to pick up or discharge materials.

During the operation of the mixer, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to stay or pass under the hopper when it is raised. When it is necessary to maintain or clean the material pit under the hopper, the hopper should be lifted and locked with an iron chain or insertion pin before maintenance and cleaning operations can be carried out.

13. Adding materials to the mixing drum should be carried out during operation. Adding new materials should first unload all the existing concrete from the mixing drum before proceeding.

14. During the operation, the mechanical operation should be observed. When there is abnormal noise or excessive bearing temperature rise, the machine should be stopped for inspection. When maintenance is needed, the concrete inside the mixing drum should be cleaned before maintenance.

15. The large particle size of the aggregate added to the forced mixer shall not exceed the allowable value, and material jamming shall be prevented. During each mixing, the material added to the mixing drum shall not exceed the specified feeding capacity.

16. The gap between the mixing blades of the forced mixer and the bottom and side walls of the mixing drum should be regularly checked and confirmed to comply with regulations. When the gap exceeds the standard, it should be adjusted in a timely manner. When the mixing blades are worn beyond the standard, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

17. After the operation, the mixer should be thoroughly cleaned; When operators need to enter the cylinder, they must cut off the power supply or remove the fuse, lock the switch box, hang a "No Switching" sign, and have a dedicated person outside for supervision.

After the operation, the hopper should be lowered to the bottom of the pit. When it needs to be raised, it should be securely fastened with a chain or bolt.

After winter operations, the accumulated water in the water pump, drain switch, and water gauge should be drained.

When the mixer is moved within the site or transported over a long distance, the feed hopper should be raised to the top dead center and locked with a safety chain or bolt.

21. The mixer should be regularly repaired and maintained, and the equipment should undergo "cross" operations (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, tightening, anti-corrosion).

22. The loading and unloading of the mixer should be commanded by a dedicated person to prevent accidents. Simultaneously maintain and repair other auxiliary vehicles and equipment.
