Its basic working principle is
1. Before starting production, store sufficient materials in the material storage system, sand and stone aggregates in the silo, and cement and various additives in the distribution silo. The water supply system also maintains normal operation.
2. Under the automatic control of the computer system, various materials are discharged from the silo through the measuring system to the required amount for a single mixing
3. According to the feeding sequence set by the computer system, various metered materials enter the aggregate bin above the mixing machine through their respective conveying devices.
4. After the measurement and transportation of various materials are completed, they enter the mixing machine for mixing. After a specific mixing time, the discharge port at the mixer can be opened for discharge, which is usually received and transported by a concrete mixer truck.
