Recently, our company's HZS180 fixed belt concrete mixing plant was successfully shipped to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and the installation work was successfully completed.
Equipment arrival and on-site guidance
After the concrete mixing plant arrived in Tashkent, our after-sales engineer team quickly rushed to the site to guide the entire installation process. Their experience and professional knowledge ensured a smooth installation.
The installation steps of a concrete mixing plant are as follows:
1. On site preparation
Firstly, clean the construction area to make it flat and free of debris. In addition, fixed mixing plants usually require laying foundations, so the design plan should be followed when laying foundations.
2. Installation of main equipment
Lift the main equipment into place, install according to the installation drawings, pay attention to the correct sequence, position, and height, and ensure that all components are installed correctly.
3. Pipeline connection
All pipelines and fittings on the equipment shall be installed according to the design drawings and fixed with bolts. After installation, check for leaks.
4. Electrical system installation
Build electrical system brackets and install equipment. Then, connect the wires and cables according to the electrical diagram. Test the electrical system and make adjustments as needed.
5. Debugging
Test and adjust the mixing plant according to the equipment manual. Conduct a trial run to verify its normal operation and ensure the production of concrete that meets the standards.

Complete installation work within 35 days. During this period, our engineers provided comprehensive training to on-site personnel. This can ensure that the staff master the operating procedures of the equipment and ensure the safe operation of the concrete mixing plant.
