The Qatar concrete batching plant has officially started operation in Doha. At the launch ceremony, accompanied by warm applause and a loud whistle, the first tank truck loaded with concrete slowly drove out of the unit workshop and headed towards the key projects under construction in the county, providing strong support for urban infrastructure construction.
The workshop is equipped with intelligent spray dust reduction devices, and the automated production line is operating efficiently. In the raw material warehouse, sand and gravel are proportioned according to standard proportions, and the shovel truck synchronously carries out feeding operations; Outside the workshop, several tank trucks are arranged in an orderly manner waiting for loading, and the production site is orderly with busy operations.
From preparation to completion, the mixing station strictly follows industry standards and is equipped with two HZS180 production lines, using advanced production equipment and relying on professional technical strength. The annual production capacity is expected to reach 1 million cubic meters of concrete, which can achieve large-scale and standardized production from ordinary concrete to special concrete such as anti-seepage, flexural, waterproof, etc.
