Recently, two sets of HZS120 batching plants from Jinheng Machinery have been successfully installed and debugged, and will soon be applied to the construction of the third bridge project of the Panama Canal.

Jinheng Mechanical Concrete Mixing Plant adopts modular design, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, flexible in site layout, and can better adapt to complex field construction conditions. The configured mixing host is durable, effectively ensuring the uniform production of concrete and meeting different mixing needs. The patented measurement system has a measurement accuracy 50% higher than the national standard, providing reliable guarantee for project construction. The intelligent control system can achieve automatic control and intelligent management of the entire process of concrete production, providing important support for project efficiency upgrading.
During construction in tropical regions, high temperatures can lead to rapid loss of concrete slump and shortened initial setting time, which not only affects the efficiency of construction pouring but may also cause cracks due to rapid accumulation of hydration heat, posing a threat to the safety of bridge structures. In response to the tropical climate characteristics of Panama, Jinheng Machinery Concrete Mixing Plant is specially equipped with an ice maker to accurately mix crushed ice into the concrete mixture. Through the melting and heat absorption of ice, the initial temperature of concrete is effectively reduced, ensuring that the concrete maintains stable working performance during transportation, pouring, and initial setting stages. This provides a key guarantee for concrete production in high-temperature environments and lays the foundation for the strength and durability of bridge main structures.
It is reported that the third bridge project of the Panama Canal is a dual-use highway and railway bridge, which is a major infrastructure construction project of China in Panama after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, and has attracted global attention. After the completion of the project, it will effectively alleviate the traffic congestion problem in Panama City, greatly improve the traffic capacity of the Pan American Highway, strengthen economic exchanges between the two sides of the canal, significantly enhance the logistics efficiency of the canal economic belt, and have significant implications for Panama's socio-economic development.
