When the concrete mixing plant has been in use, it will also have heavy load operation. What are the causes of heavy load operation
There are five reasons for heavy load operation of concrete mixing plant
1. The concrete mixer determines the water supply quantity according to the required concrete proportion, and adjusts the time relay to the corresponding water supply time;
2. The concrete mixer starts the operation of the mixing motor of the concrete mixer;
3. The concrete mixer closes the discharge gate, adds the required mixture to the hopper, and then raises the hopper. The hopper shall run smoothly and be free to stop at any position on the track. If there is slippage, put the hopper into the bottom of the pit first, and then adjust the big nut of the brake motor. After the hopper is lifted normally and the brake is reliable, the material enters the mixing bucket, and the water pump starts to supply water to the mixing bucket;
4. After mixing for 25-35s, start the discharge gate to unload;
5. During the above test run, if the concrete mixer is found to be abnormal, it shall be shut down immediately to check and eliminate the fault, and then test again until it is normal. After one day of operation of the new concrete mixer, the bolts and nuts of lining plate and other places shall be checked and tightened. Add oil to the lubrication parts of the transmission.
