When the concrete does not meet the pouring requirements during the pouring process, the construction party shall contact the on-site dispatcher or technical personnel in time, and the laboratory technicians and quality inspection personnel shall adjust the concrete construction proportion. After the concrete has arrived at the construction site, carefully add water to anyone. When the concrete slump can not meet the requirements of on-site pouring, the on-site technical personnel shall adjust it.
3. Before the concrete pump is poured into the concrete, this method should be used to cool the construction site, formwork and reinforcement. The insulation method shall be applied to the formwork. Cover the pump pipe with a wet bag and spray cold water during the pouring process.
4. It is suggested that the initial pouring should be carried out at night as much as possible, which is conducive to reducing the temperature of concrete mold and reducing the pouring time in the daytime.
5. After pouring the concrete to the altitude, the plastic film should be covered on the surface after the concrete is plastered. To harden the concrete surface without injury, cover with curtains, etc., and spray water thoroughly to keep it moist for at least 24 hours. If no water is sprayed after hiding, a lot of hydration heat often occurs, which makes the surface monotonous and cracked.
6. After solidification, water storage protection should be carried out. When storing water, the water should be discharged evenly to avoid excessive temperature on the concrete surface.
7. In the process of protection, avoid sudden temperature change, exposure to the sun, wind and rain. In the night when the temperature changes greatly, keep warm with insulation materials. Intermittent protection should also be gradual monotonous to avoid cracks.
8. It is suggested that the construction company should extend the vibration time properly during the pouring process and during the manufacture of concrete test blocks. Because the concrete contains a lot of fine powder, it is not easy to vibrate and compact. Consider doing more test blocks together.
