★ Site requirements before installation
1. Basic requirements: Before entering the site for installation, the foundation needs to be inspected, mainly checking whether the dimensions and elevation data of each position of the foundation meet the requirements.
2. Site requirements: The installation site foundation should be flat, and cranes and transport vehicles should be able to enter and exit easily. All components of the mixing plant should have positions for placement and transportation.
3. Power requirements: The installation site should provide a working power supply of 30KVA (no powder tank made on site) or 120KVA (powder tank made on site) or above for installation and construction use.
4. Warehouse requirement: The installation site should prepare a room of 25m ² or more as a temporary warehouse for installation.
★ Electrical requirements for installation site
The electrical equipment of the mixing plant must comply with strict regulations to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of personnel.
Preparation work before installation
1. Tool preparation:
One 16T and one 25T (or 50T) car crane, one set of welding and oxygen cutting tools, two 1T hoists, one 2T hoist, four 5-meter diameter 15.5 steel wire ropes, two 2-meter diameter 12 steel wire ropes, two 1-meter diameter 12 steel wire ropes, one 20 meter steel coil size, one right angle ruler, one level, one set of lifting ropes, one set of pneumatic wrenches, two pipe clamps (capable of pulling 6-inch water pipes), two 375 adjustable wrenches, two 200 adjustable wrenches, one safety helmet per person, and five pairs of canvas gloves per person.
2. Personnel preparation: 7-9 installers and 1 on-site engineer.
3. Data preparation: Assembly drawings, part drawings, and material lists involved in installation.
4. Accessories and material preparation: Prepare according to the accessory material list.
