Dust removal system for mixing plant

The dust removal system includes three parts: dust removal during the measurement and discharge of cement and admixtures, dust removal during the feeding of bulk cement trucks into the powder tank, and dust removal during the theft of materials from the aggregate hopper by the inclined belt conveyor.
With the improvement of environmental performance, there are currently various dust removal methods such as station atomization dust removal and material yard spraying dust removal.
There are currently various methods for dust removal during the measurement and discharge of cement and admixtures, including bag type dust removal, open box type dust removal, and forced dust removal.
▶ Bag type dust removal: This method fully utilizes the stretchability and sealing of the bag to work. The bag is made of canvas, with a simple structure, low cost, and can effectively prevent dust leakage and eliminate the positive and negative pressure of the system. This method has a significant effect in the early stage of installation. Over time, if the dust on the bag is not cleaned, the dust removal effect will be poor. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the accumulated dust.

▶ Open box dust removal: This method uses a box to collect dust and eliminates the negative pressure generated by the mixer during unloading through a one-way suction port at the top of the box.

▶ Forced dust removal: This method has a complex structure and high cost, and can effectively remove the dust generated during the measurement and discharge of cement and admixtures. But it is prone to positive and negative pressure, which can have a negative impact on the measurement accuracy of cement and admixtures. When using forced dust removal, we also need to install a negative pressure valve on the upper cover of the mixing host to eliminate the negative pressure generated during the unloading of the host.
