Preparation before dismantling the machine
1. Pre dismantling inspection: Before dismantling the mixing plant, technicians shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's usage and the operation of each system, and make records (including image data). Practical and feasible preventive measures shall be taken to eliminate safety hazards and avoid accidental damage during the dismantling process, which may cause unnecessary economic losses.
2. Maintenance before dismantling: In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment during the next installation, it is necessary to conduct an overall cleaning and lubrication maintenance of the equipment before dismantling to ensure proper lubrication of all machinery and prepare for relocation.
3. The main parts that generally need to be inspected are: the discharge door of the main machine powder scale, the lubrication of the shaft end during operation, the discharge door of the main machine, whether there is aged material in the cement silo, fly ash silo and screw machine, the discharge port of the powder silo, the discharge port and discharge valve of each measuring scale, the discharge port of the batching machine, and the appearance of the mixing plant.
4. Work site: The roadbed of the site is made of concrete, and all materials and facilities such as bentonite, fine sand, and reservoirs around the mixing plant should be cleaned and transported out within one week before dismantling. Ensure that there are no obstacles on the construction site and sufficient space for dismantling operations.
1. Dismantling of electrical components
After all cables are removed, they are packaged in adhesive pockets and tied with zip ties to prevent water and moisture ingress; All cables only need to be removed at one end and marked with an oil pen, then coiled and secured; First, remove the cables of the main circuit (including the cables of each motor), and then remove the control circuit (including the control wires of solenoid valves and limit sensors).
2. Dismantling of mechanical parts
The dismantling of the mixing plant should adhere to the principle of installation before dismantling, and the dismantling sequence is closed system ->batching machine system ->flat belt conveyor ->inclined belt conveyor ->screw conveyor ->fly ash cement weighing system ->main steel structure mixing system ->cement and fly ash tanks.
(1) First, remove the upper enclosure, then dismantle the batching machine system and transfer the storage hopper and weighing hopper as a whole, paying attention to the protection of the weighing sensor;
(2) The belt conveyor is placed in a pre prepared vacant area as a whole; Pay attention to the protection of the motor during the lifting process to prevent collisions;
(3) Fix the control operation platform, remove the bolts of the control room bracket, lift the control room first, use a cutting gun to cut off the bracket from the concrete support pier, and tie it with wire for transfer;
(4) First, dismantle the screw machine, then dismantle the cement and fly ash weighing system and lift it out. Then, remove the leg connecting bolts to lift the mixer and its steel structure away from the site. Pay attention to checking the welding condition of the original mixing host lifting ears. If there is any detachment, it should be repaired in a timely manner and rechecked.
(5) The fly ash silo is a high and heavy component of the mixing plant. The crane is unhooked and installed into the lifting ears of the fly ash tank, and the crane is tightened with the steel wire rope. Then, the support legs are cut off from the concrete support pier with a cutting gun. Use another crane to lift the lower half of the steel structure bracket. Two cranes are commanded by a dedicated person to lift the fly ash tank horizontally and place it on the ground. During the lifting process, the lower end should be slowly lifted to a certain height, and then the upper end should be released downwards to an appropriate height. The same applies to cement tanks.
