Classification of concrete mixing plants

Concrete mixing plants are divided into two categories: fixed mixing plants and mobile mixing plants, which are also the first classifications that many manufacturers distinguish during production. Most fixed mixing plants also adopt modular and easy to assemble design, mainly used in large commodity concrete manufacturers or concrete component related manufacturers, and can be used in large-scale engineering construction. Its characteristics are strong production capacity, stable operation, and good anti-interference ability. The mobile mixing plant is pulled by a trailer unit, which has good maneuverability and makes production more flexible. It is generally used for various small and medium-sized temporary construction projects and can be rented out for personal use.

According to their usage, they can be divided into commercial concrete mixing plants and engineering concrete mixing plants. Commercial concrete mixing plants are mainly used for commercial purposes and should have economic viability while meeting environmental protection requirements. Engineering concrete mixing plants are designed for personal use and should consider whether they are compatible with their own projects.
According to the layout process, it is generally divided into first-order and second-order types. The first-order type refers to the one-time lifting of sand, gravel, aggregates, cement, etc. to the roof material bin of the mixing plant. Various materials are processed from top to bottom according to the production process, and finally discharged from the bottom layer, which is more common in mixing buildings. This type of mixing plant is divided from top to bottom into a silo layer, a weighing layer, a mixing layer, and a discharge layer. The mixing efficiency is very high, but the construction difficulty is high, the demolition is inconvenient, and the investment cost is high. Compared to the first stage, the second stage mixing plant takes up more land and has slightly lower mixing efficiency after weighing the aggregates. However, it is easy to disassemble, manufacture, install, and is widely used. Moreover, the improved production capacity of the second stage mixing plant can be comparable to that of the first stage.
According to the number of mixers, mixing plants can be divided into single machine mixing plants and double machine mixing plants. The model name of the double machine mixing plant is 2HZS series concrete mixing plant. The double machine mixing plant is a good supplement to the same type of mixing plant. According to the weighing method, it can be divided into independent weighing and cumulative weighing methods. Independent weighing will be equipped with a separate weighing unit for each material. After weighing each material, it will be added to the mixer for internal mixing. This weighing method has high accuracy, but the design is complex and the cost is high; Cumulative weighing is the process of adding all aggregates into a unified hopper, which is prone to accumulate errors and is detrimental to production. Moreover, the more batching bins there are, the more likely deviations are to occur, making it unsuitable for large-scale engineering use. However, the structural design is simple and the cost is lower.
