Technical characteristics

1. High reliability:

(1) The outer pipe is made of high-quality steel pipe, while the inner pipe is made of seamless steel pipe. The cutting adopts CNC intersecting line cutting machine, and the welding adopts CNC circumferential seam welding machine. Good straightness and wear resistance;

(2) The blades are rolled with 6mm manganese plates, which are wear-resistant and stable.

(3) Self made high-quality gearbox, gear parts grinding, bearings from Swedish SKF brand, oil seal from "Star" brand, adopting a new output end cover sealing design, high torque transmission, low noise, no oil leakage or ash leakage.

2. Strong adaptability:

(1) The double or triple pitch design reduces the degree of compression of materials during transportation, preventing material blockage;

(2) The feeding port adopts universal ball head technology, which makes the installation and adjustment of the steering flexible and does not leak dust
