Dry Mortar Production Line

Jinheng Machinery has launched a new fully automatic energy-saving dry mixed mortar complete set of equipment based on the current process characteristics of the dry mortar production line. This equipment can be combined with dry or wet sand making systems to produce high-quality, high standard dry powder mortar and special mortar. The main building adopts a tower structure, and the powder silo is installed on the top of the main building. The additive system adopts an independent metering and pumping platform. The powder passes through the metering layer, Mixed layer, finished product warehouse, control room, bulk machine and packaging machine from top to bottom.

Reliable dust removal system

Various dust collectors have been installed in dust prone areas to ensure that all powder materials can be processed in a closed environment and reduce environmental pollution.

High performance hybrid system

Suitable mixing uniformity, controllable mixing time, configurable high-speed flying knife, good repeatability/low maintenance rate. The blades can be opened according to working conditions to achieve the mixing and dispersion of fibers and pigments.

Gas conveying system

After the powder is stored in the transfer bin, it is transported to the designated powder bin for storage through Roots blower, star feeding valve, ball valve, etc. A special structure is used at the fork of the pipeline to ensure that there is no mixing phenomenon when conveying different powders.
