1. All staff members of the concrete mixing plant must wear safety helmets, dust masks and other safety protective equipment as required, and mechanical operators must hold certificates to work.
2. Before starting the concrete mixing plant, it is necessary to carefully check that all devices meet the requirements. After starting, the operation of each component and the indication of each instrument should be normal, and the pressure of oil, gas, and water should meet the requirements before starting the operation.
3. During the operation of the concrete mixing plant, non operators are strictly prohibited from entering the production area, and personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the storage area and under the lifting bucket; When clearing the material at the bottom of the feeding hopper, the hopper must be lifted to the appropriate position and the safety pin inserted into the track; When removing the residual materials inside the feeding hopper, the power must be cut off and a dedicated person must be assigned to supervise. The mixing drum of the concrete mixer should be covered with a compartment lid before starting. During mechanical operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the hopper or mixing drum with hands or feet. When the shovel is stuck by an obstacle, it must not be forcibly lifted or used to lift heavy objects. During the material pulling process, no turning operation is allowed.
4. The concrete mixer shall not be stopped when fully loaded for mixing. In the event of a malfunction or power outage, the power supply shall be immediately cut off, the switch box shall be locked, the concrete inside the mixing drum shall be cleaned, and then the malfunction shall be eliminated or the power supply shall be restored. All machinery shall not be overloaded for operation; The operation of the electric motor should be checked. If abnormal operating sound or high temperature rise is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection; Do not force operation when the voltage is too low. Before stopping the mixer, it should be unloaded first, and then the switches and pipelines of each part should be turned off in order. All cement inside the spiral tube should be transported out, and there should be no residual material inside the tube.
5. After the operation of the concrete mixing plant, the mixing drum, discharge door, and discharge hopper should be cleaned, and rinsed with water, while rinsing the additive and its supply system. During the freezing season, the water pump, additive pump, water tank, and additive tank should be drained of stored water, and the water pump and additive pump should be started and operated for 1-2 minutes.
