Deployment standards for concrete batching plants for different needs

Concrete is a man-made building material that is made of cement as raw material, and is made of sand and gravel through Concrete Batching Plant. After hardening, it has the characteristics of stone.

The types and properties of concrete required by different engineering buildings are very different. Concrete Batching Plant must have a certain grasp of the properties and uses of concrete, and can make corresponding formula changes to the construction site to improve the mixing of concrete High quality and less prone to errors.

A key criterion for concrete performance is strength. After 28 days of standard curing, a cube concrete test block with a circumference of 150mm is used, and it is measured according to the compressive strength test.

The common strength range is 10-60Mpa, the general strength level. Yes; C20-C60 indicated.

The workability of fresh concrete refers to whether the concrete mixture is convenient for engineering construction operations, and obtains the properties of uniform quality and forming compactness.

It is a general term for the performance of concrete processing technology. It includes the meanings of fluidity, cohesion and water retention.

Fluidity refers to ease of flow and ease of filling the corners with the concrete casting template.

Cohesion means that the structural properties of concrete are uniform and stable, and it is not easy to cause stratification and concrete segregation.

The major hazards to concrete engineering during construction are fluidity and plastic deformation;

The fluidity of concrete is indicated by slump, and its standard is generally 10-200mm. The larger the value, the stronger the fluidity.

Dry hard concrete is indicated by the consistency of mortar, and its standard is generally 5-35s. The larger the value, the higher the dry strength of the concrete.

The operability of the Concrete Batching Plant design is determined by the engineering structure and construction method. At present, most of the construction sites use fluid or high fluidity concrete, and only dry hard concrete is used for precast concrete components.

Characteristics and type requirements of Concrete Batching Plant in sand, cement and other raw materials

Sand and gravel are generally called stone (also called asphalt mixture), which means that it plays the role of a frame in concrete. Coarse aggregate refers to sand and gravel with a particle size exceeding 5mm.

In a concrete mixing plant, it is generally stipulated that the particle size of river pebble shall not exceed 80mm, and the particle size of sand and gravel shall not exceed 60mm.

Fine aggregate refers to sand with a particle size of no more than 5mm, and the key refers to sand, which is generally divided into coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and extra-fine sand.

Sand and gravel aggregates generally stipulate that the mix ratio of their particle sizes is better, that is, the size of the blocks can be different, and the gaps can be filled with each other. In that way, the resulting concrete has good compactness, good cohesion, and is not easy to segregate during transportation.

Cement is a cementitious material admixture that plays a key role in concrete. Common in house construction is general purpose cement. The cement in the concrete mortar mix ratio is not only used according to the characteristics of various cements, but its dosage is mainly determined according to the strength index value.

The strength of the cement is reflected in the strength grade of the cement (previously called the model). The strength of the cement in the concrete should be slightly higher than or equal to the strength of the concrete. When the strength of the concrete is very low, an air-entraining agent can be added to save the cement.

The approximate amount of cement in each concrete is not suitable to exceed 550KG. The domestic water that meets the standard can be used for the production of concrete. Other water resources need to pass the inspection before they can be used.

Air-entraining admixtures and water-reducing admixtures are two additional raw materials used to improve the production process flow of Concrete Batching Plant and the performance of concrete to meet specific standards.

In addition, other powders also play an important role in the manufacture and use of concrete. The intake of other powders generally does not exceed 5% of the cement consumption, and its particle size is the same or finer than that of cement. The intake of concrete admixtures should generally not exceed 5% of the cement consumption.

The processing level of Concrete Batching Plant mixing is mainly based on the characteristics of the manufactured concrete to adjust the frequency of the feeding time to mix and the time period of mixing, to mix and mix the concrete evenly, and achieve the design stadards and standards.

Performance as standard. When other admixtures are added to the concrete produced, the mixing time should be appropriately increased.
